Forest Fire Plane Drill

April 18th, 2008 At approximately 09:45 hours Q4314 and T4316 headed off to Red Lion Airport in Southampton for a joint drill with members from stations 171, 191, and 251. This drill was being held by the NJFFS on how to properly fill the planes used by the service for fighting wildland fires. Crews reviewed equipment and procedures used to fill the planes. After completing the review Crews filled the plane and watched as the plane made several water drops over the airfield.
